I worked in transit security years ago, this sort of thing is extremely common. Even in places (Like where I worked) that the state GIVES them free passes, they still have to lie and cheat their way aboard. It's a game to them. Even with a taxpayer purchases free fare card, they still had to lie to the driver and security guard bluff their away aboard. The underlaying tone was always "Up yours whitey". Apart from welfare niggers, we also tend to get a lot of senior citizens on those buses, people that can recall the good old days of Jim Crow when buses were safe to ride and no transit agency had to hire security. Anytime grandma goes to the store by bus to buy ingredients to make cookies, remember that these savages are also on board, often in large numbers.
