RASHEE Rice's mom has been accused of stealing a package that contained records from a neighbor's porch.
Doorbell footage obtained by TMZ apparently shows a woman picking up a package from outside an apartment.
She is also wearing a Chiefs jersey with the name "Momma Rice" on and Rashee Rice's No. 4.
