One teen with origins in Greece and a security service employee of Turkish/Croatian origin have been arrested for planning a foiled terrorist knife rampage at a Taylor Swift concert to be held in Vienna. A third suspect is a Turkish holder of an Austrian passport.
The terrorists reached partial success, after the concert was cancelled and all tickets to get refunded. Conceal & Carry legislative approval would have had the situation solving itself :
