Probably because in any of those places the cops would drag you out of your plane and have you charged with a hate crime...
EDIT: oh wait, I get you - why bother when he's not likely to be troubled by Niggers in Alaska? Well, maybe he left one of those places because of Niggers, and is now free to express himself. Either way it made my day to find the pic.
