...Because they are said to have unfurled a racist banner on a roof in a Stuttgart outdoor swimming pool in July 2023, three young men have been charged on suspicion of incitement to hatred, the public prosecutor announced on Friday. The three accused, who were 20, 23 and 25 years old at the time of the crime, are said to have unrolled a banner with the inscription “Remigration for safe outdoor pools” on the roof of the ticket office of the public swimming pool facility in the Untertürkheim district of Stuttgart, ignited smoke bombs, loudly shouted slogans and Throwing leaflets from the roof of the ticket office.
Because of what happened and the slogan on the banner and on the leaflets, it is assumed that the action was probably motivated by xenophobia, said a spokesman for the public prosecutor's office. The reason for the crime was said to have been sexual assaults by young men in swimming pools.
The Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt district court must now decide whether to open main proceedings.

Perhaps, they should testify that the persons meant were Scandinavian and Dutch tourists. Might fear of extinction be their true motive? for posting that banner:

Sad but true! The UK is already gone, most of the bigger cities have already ass-lifter mayors (London, Oxford, Birminham, Leeds, Sheffield...), and there are sharia-courts everywhere. Sweden, France and Germany (officially 70 stabbings per day) will follow.

Of course I can't know for sure, but I suspect that it only seemed that way: Berlin defunds and demoralizes the police as well (20% budget cut, demoralization because they aren't allowed to go after non-Germans etc.):
