First of all, Moscow and Saint Petersburgh are showrooms of Russia, where money goes. Go to the countryside and you will see a 3rd world country. There is not a single paved highway from the east to the west, only gravel muddy one. In many parts, people are missing flushing toilets or even electricity. Guess why Russian soldiers have been massively stealing flushing toilet bowls or wash-machines from Ukraine? - Because it is something precious for them.

Second, when we had a Russian/Soviet puppet regime here, we also had quite clean subway. When you have the following powers in your disposal, you can keep things clean for sure:

• Police (In Russia, it is called militia.) may simply remove all people that look like homeless and put them into prison/GULag or to a psychiatric institute without risk of being sued.
• Police may simply beat whoever they consider to be problematic. Similar method is grabbing the "problematic" people, driving them quite far distance into a remote location and kicking them out of the car there, usually combined with beating.

Yes, they don't. Before the last election in Russia, there was even a United Russia (Putin's party) clip, that was pretending that voting against the United Russia may mean nigger officers from NATO would come to Russian homes and install a mandatory faggot to live with the people there.

On the other hand, then Sergey Lavrov (Russian foreign minister) quite frequently goes to Apefreaka and virtually licks an ass of various nigger leaders there; telling them Russia has been always their friend, Russia has been always against colonialism, promising them various aids, inviting them to visit Moscow, and so on in order to gain their support in international organizations.
These are lies but stupid niggers buy them. Russia typically bribes the nigger leaders, may provide some small aid for PR purposes, typically provides a military aid including their own troops (to both keep the bribed nigger leaders at power and control them) - which primarily obey Russian orders, and then they rip the country off their natural resources. The result is quite profitable enterprise for Russia.

Regarding the colonies, my parents have a world atlas from 1920ies, it has 2 pages dedicated to colonial powers and their colonies and entire Siberia is marked there as Russian colony.
