Jacksonville funeral home director accused of improperly handling remains arrested in Orange County



Elliot Graham is facing a charge of false and fraudulent insurance claims, grand theft and five counts of misdemeanor improper preservation of of a human body.

Investigators serving a search warrant at an abandoned funeral home in Jacksonville, Florida, found three bodies inside a mortuary, according to the state Department of Financial Services. A member of one of those families reportedly said what were supposed to be her grandmother’s ashes looked more like “chalk or ground kitty litter.”
Upon further examination, it appeared they were not human ashes at all. Durden’s granddaughter Johnesha Kemp said in an interview with WJXT they looked more like “chalk or ground kitty litter” to her.

Elliot Maurice Graham, 49, faces a charge of false and fraudulent insurance claims, grand theft and five counts of misdemeanor improper preservation of of a human body.

Family members have come forward the past few days, claiming Graham did not properly embalm their relatives. A warrant was issued for his arrest earlier this week.

"It was a horrible experience. And I feel like no grieving family should have to go through that. During one of their most vulnerable times," Takenya Sutton said.

Takenya Sutton and Danielle Streater's family also used Marion Graham Mortuaries for their cousin's funeral. They said it turned out to be a horrible experience because their cousin's body was not embalmed correctly.

"We were barely able to have a wake. The family viewed the body briefly. From there, we had to close it off for the public because the smell was horrible," Streater explained.

This is nothing new. Back in 1988 a nigger was given government funds to run a funeral home and do burials for the poorest people there, including humans.

Bad smells bother niggers not at all and someone expected the nigger to do the job he was being paid for as if he'd stir his lazy stumps.

The Morning Glory Funeral Home scandal took place at the Howell Morning Glory Chapel in Jacksonville, Florida, in 1988, and involved improper disposal and burial of bodies by the funeral home's owner, Lewis J. Howell, a worthless groid. Investigation eventually revealed bodies stacked in the funeral home without preservation or refrigeration and multiple bodies buried inside single caskets.

The scandal first came to light June 7, 1988, when a number of decomposing bodies were found inside the funeral home.^[1] A total of 36 bodies, including one fetus, and three sets of body parts were uncovered inside the building.^[2][3] Most of the corpses were stacked in a closet, and some had been in the building for as long as a decade.^[1]

(Lewis)Howell, nigger, was convicted of felony grand theft for accepting money for funerals that were not performed. He was sentenced to one year in prison, but he served only 2 3⁄4 months and was released in February 1989

I wonder if Nigger Director Elliot was using a whole lot of muh-dik in his embalming process. Niggers know no bounds with their levels of depravity. I bet he thought the smell of all those nigger blunts being smoked would cover his wonderful work.
Insurance companies put a whole lot of effort into determining individual eligibility for life insurance, one would assume they would put similar efforts into where their policy monies are paid out to, and a nigger run funeral home should have raised more flags than a UN convention.
