A man has been indicted on multiple counts after he was arrested last week in connection to sexual assault cases involving children.

Hamilton County Prosecutor Melisssa Power says her office has charged Michael Toney, 34, on seven total counts: two counts of rape, one count of attempted rape, two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, one count of gross sexual imposition and one count of importuning.

Prosecutors say the incidents Toney has been charged for occurred between May 2021 and May 2023. Officials say Toney is accused of sexually assaulting three juvenile boys, all of whom are developmentally disabled.
