The ABC15 investigators have obtained body camera video from an in-custody death in Avondale last year that was not reported to the public.

James Holland Sr. died on July 10, 2021.

ABC15 has learned that legal action from the family is imminent, and attorneys already filed a pre-lawsuit settlement demand in late December.

The never-before-seen body camera footage shows officers repeatedly used a Taser on Holland, who had methamphetamine in his system, before he stopped breathing and lost consciousness.

Police were called by a passerby who reported that Holland — dressed only in underwear and shoes — was incoherently and awkwardly stumbling in the middle of Van Buren Street near 110th Avenue around 2:15 a.m.

He made the fatal mistake of offering the nigger a ride into town. He had no reason to suspect the nigger would cause him harm and failed to search or cuff the nigger. This was, afterall, the rural Mid South in the back country of Tennessee in the 40's. For reasons we will never understand, the nigger pulled out a handgun and shot him in the head from the backseat. When asked why he did it, the nigger only stated that "he wanted to get out of the car." Of course, the nigger did not get out of the car until help arrived because it crashed into a ditch with no driver. The nigger died a few years later in prison but the rest of our family he left behind never really stopped suffering.

Any self respecting human pilot should fill the tanks, head out over the Pacific well out of phone range, dive and tell the nigger that the plane is going to crash with only one parachute onboard. Graciously offer the nigger the parachute while telling it that it was the pilot's duty to go down with the plane. Let the greedy nigger take the chute that you preloaded with 20 pounds of salt, the radio's ripped out microphone and no chute. Explain upon landing that the nigger got a phone call just after takeoff from someone and you overheard bits and pieces about him needing to turn himself into the FBI upon landing for child porn, drugs and tax fraud and must have freaked out, ripped out the microphone, then bailed out.

I don't know what to say - He just bailed in mid flight on the way to Hawaii for no reason. I don't even know where he got a parachute - we don't use them!
