A large city near us made recycling mandatory. The city issued separate huge garbage and recycle bin carts to each resident.

Each cart has a large barcode on the front... each garbage and recycle truck having barcode scanners installed.

Of course the city knew the nigs would throw all their shit in the garbage can and wheel it to the curb... the reason the code/scanner system was utilized from the onset.

The city then started sending the recycle police out to first warn then ticket the coons not complying with the recycle ordinance... all of them busted out because their recycle cans never got scanned because they weren't used, but stashed behind the garage.

The coons still wanted to throw all their shit in the garbage can, so they took Sawzalls and cut the bar code out of the recycle can, adhering the chunk of plastic bearing the recycle code near the barcode on the garbage can.

Problem solved. Nigger throws chicken bones and the empty bucket in one can. Nigger wheels one can with dual codes to curb on garbage day. Nigger driving garbage truck could give a fuck less if there are 50 codes on the can, and dumps it into truck.

City thinks they have model niggers who 100% support recycle program from data received from truck scanners.

Recycle PoPo stop shaking down nigger nests because niggers are now in compliance.

Nigger kids tear lids off unused recycle bins behind the garages and make sleds out of them.

Win win for the nigger residents and nigger kids.

I'm surprised there are niggers that even care about bringing garbage that far out. A couple of friends used to live in Co-Op City, once a nice part of the Bronx, but it's probably been 40 years since it was a livable place. There are niggers on pretty much every floor in every building. Besides all the constant shouting and fighting, and the obvious marijuana smells (NYPD won't do anything), a lot of niggers bring garbage bags to the dumping receptables and just leave them on the floor. They seriously will not open the hatch to throw in trash. I don't know if they just don't care, or if they don't understand at all how to do it (and they think something magical happened because a YT threw it in).

I worked in Bushwick years ago, in a once beautiful building that had a huge interior courtyard. The jig and spigger tenants had been heaving their garbage out the windows for years, and the courtyard was filled two stories deep. Seagulls, who will inhabit any landfill, wouldn't go near it. We stepped over a hooker getting railed on the lobby floor. Our Spaniard customers said the niggers wouldn't hesitate to shit and piss in the hallways and stairwells, just to drive the few remaining humans away. The drug supermarket thrived 24/7/365.
