OLK COUNTY, Fla. (WKRC) - After being caught taking an up the skirt photo of a woman in a gas station he worked at, a man admitted to doing the same to "300 to 400 women, including juveniles," according to police.

The Polk County Sheriff's Office said they began investigating 23-year-old Christopher Leron Kilpatrick after a security camera caught him taking up the skirt photos (hereby referred to as upskirt photos) of four women in a gas station.

[QUOTE]"While using the self-checkout, she felt a poke on her lower back," the Polk County Sheriff's Office said. "She looked behind her and saw Christopher walking away from her, and she believed he tried to take pictures up her skirt."

After reviewing the gas station's security cameras, authorities realized the poking feeling was Kilpatrick exposing himself and poking the victim in the back, according to police. They also claim that Kilpatrick did something similar to another woman just before the recorded incident.
