The article doesn't give the identity of the victim, but that area is in the heart of the Baltimore nigger ghetto, no sane human would be in that area at 9:00 at night. It is right next to Coppin State University, which is a real nigger university, it is ghetto even by HBCU standards. I imagine the dogs were the typical nigger pitbulls, no doubt abused by groids.
