Removing those countries from visa waiver would damage diplomatic relations, so another solution how to screen the travelers and possibly ban them has been found.

They showed houses that looked exactly like that, and the problem was gypsies from Romania? as well. Distances in Europe are short, so doing short term vacations used to be fun and cheap to see different cities in different countries.
