CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Cuyahoga County judges sentenced a 16-year-old member of the Heartless Felons gang and his 14-year-old brother for a pair of hold-ups and an attempted carjacking that happened last year in Cleveland's Tremont neighborhood.
Lorenzo Collins Jr., who previously pleaded guilty to an aggravated robbery charge, was sentenced last week to 12 years in prison. His younger brother, who was charged in juvenile court, was sentenced to three to six years in a juvenile detention center.
The boys also used one of the victims' cellphones to take photos of themselves; those photos later showed up on the victim's computer through his cloud storage account, Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael O'Malley's office said.
