I honestly can't see this happening. Grandma and Co. aren't above whacking one of the extra heirs to keep things pure and pristene. William is a parent with two children, fully ready to ascend to the throne (assuming Charles doesn't), they can cut bait with Carrottop. At the very least, he'd probably have to do something like renounce his royal lineage and go into exile. No way are they going to allow a niglet to be born into the House of Windsor, even diluted down.
