If he is able to get through the probation term without any issues, the plea deal lays out plans to have his charge reduced to a gross misdemeanor. He is then also expected to be given the chance to have his name cleared as a registered sex offender.

"Gross" is right. But Probation, that's it? And get his name off the list? There are white boys who turn 18, get caught with a girlfriend who's still 16 and was legal when the boy was 17, and get put on the registry for 10 years.

Ordinarily this is where we hope it was a sow, but if it was a human girl, she wanted it. That makes her dead to the human race.
