That will surly reduce crime because these animals never follow rules anyway.

All laws, rules, school gradings, etc must be changed and dumbed down so they won't be rayciss. Why not? Murder is not really against the law anymore if a nigger commits it.

But maybe jaywalking is a good thing for groids and more of them will be mowed down.
