Her manner of death is listed as natural.

It actually ate itself to death!


The mental health struggles led Mandisa to turn to food, gain a significant amount of weight and become a recluse (probably couldn't fit through the door anymore).

I'm assuming it doubled in size after this pic, during its orgy of greed while holed up in its nest.
