I read that as well, seems to be a big scandal in Germany (and "surprisingly" just in time for the Election next week). But I didn't have the time to dig deeper yet. But if I understood it correctly, White drunken kids sang this at a private party and were filmed. While perhaps not very appropriate, perfectly legal (freedom of speech). I believe they all did not get the same idea spontaneously, likely someone created the wording and spread it through social networks and it just became popular.

Although the video from one particular angle appeared to show what I was describing and more internet users made the same conclusion as I did there are videos from other angles and it is clear the cop was not apprehending the organizer but someone who actually came to help the asslifter when subdued by the organizers (I guess an asslifter no 2).

Nevertheless, the cop was not adequately backed-up, German women cops were just screaming around, the asslifter no. 1 somehow got free and stabbed the cop apprehending his buddy. Another cop then shot the asslifter.
