A Portsmouth "police officer" Nigger Carmen Johnson ran when police in Hampton tried to pull her ratchet ass over. Once stopped they Noticed Nigger Carmen was all glassy-eyed from "one drink."
Police unsurprisingly found an open container in the cupholder, and the nigger had thrown a glass of alcohol in the back seat while on the run. A real criminal mastermind this nigger.
Somewhere during the arrest the insane sow attacked one of arresting officers.
Among other things, Nigger Carmen has been charged with:
Driving while intoxicated.
Assault of a police officer.
Portsmouth Police are "investigating the incident" to determine her future in law enforcement. If she was human, she wouldn't have a future in law enforcement!
