Police began searching for 19 year old Keith Moses for the fatal shooting of Nathacha Augustin just outside the tourist district of Orlando, only miles away from Universal Studios and Walt Disney World theme parks. As the on scene investigation finished he wandered into the back door of a nearby house, shot and killed 9-year-old T'yonna Major, shot her mother, then went to the first crime scene. There he shot and killed Spectrum 13 reporter Dylan Lyons while he sat in his car and shot the photographer he was working with. In this body camera footage you see law enforcement responding back to the second wave of shootings. There Moses can be seen in the background waving his arms, until a deputy recognizes him.
