Turlock, California...
Police are dispatched after a call comes in about a nigger trying to open car doors in the neighborhood.
Officers roll up and the nigger, later identified as 37 year old Nigger Corey Pollard, starts running, hiding between cars, and jumping on them like a simian at the zoo.
The whole thing is one big shit-show. Eventually the female K-9 officer goes to retrieve the dog, and has her back turned to the nigger, who starts running towards her with his arm raised and something in his hand, which turns out to be a piece of black plastic. Luckily the other officer was alert and plugged the nigger in the shoulder.
California is such a mess!
