The administrators, staff and educators at Cambridge and most other institutes of higher learning remind me of Dr. Zaius of Planet of the Apes. These people KNOW the truth. They struggle with it in their minds and consciences every day, but they refuse to admit the facts, even to themselves. They will willingly destroy minds, carreers, nations and lives just to advance a false dogma that they realize for certainty is a lie. They know that diversity is NOT a strength but a destroyer of unity and cohesion. They realize that inclusion without merit is merely a weakening force in any system. And they are very aware that equity simplly does not and can not exist. Yet they deliberately foist these false ideas on a gullible public, many of whom are more than willing to accept whatever their "betters" tell them.
