The scheme is a legal loophole:
There is a buck with German citizenship.
There is a sow in some shithole (mostly in Apefreaka) that wants to live in Germany, the sow must have at least one niglet
The sow pays the nigger (extra gibs not counted in the sum above), nigger files papers in Germany claiming fatherhood of the niglet.
The niglet immediately receives German citizenship and the sow as well, regardless wherever they currently are. Additional niglets she might have follow the suit.
The nigger receives child support for the niglet and the sow gets some welfare as well.
The result is nigger gets EUR 22.5k monthly net ($292k USD yearly), but the German welfare system pays more than EUR 1.5mio yearly (EUR 125k monthly) combined to the buck, all the sows, and all the niglets
