Salisbury Police have arrested two gang members in connection with the double homicide over the weekend.
Jalen Cook, 23, and Zakelo Duren, 23, have been apprehended and are members of the Bloods gang.
Police responded to an incident on West Fisher Street around 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 29 and found 23-year-old Daquan Robertson dead on South Church Street. There was evidence of multiple shots being fired.
Throughout the course of the morning, three other gunshot victims showed up at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center. Another victim, Anthony Eugene Gill, 22, died at the hospital.
Quandarius Rasheim Davis, 22, and Kayla Bennette McCullers, 20, were the other two wounded.
