An 18-year-old college freshman was shot in the head and very critically wounded while she was walking on a track in Nashville, authorities said.
Shaquille Taylor, 29, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and evidence tampering for allegedly shooting Jillian Ludwig Tuesday afternoon, according to Nashville police.

Taylor did not admit to being involved in the carjacking. He was charged with felony auto theft and was subsequently released on a $20,000 bond. He failed to appear in court on that charge last Friday. A failure to appear warrant was issued by the court.So someone bailed the nog out for carjacking for 20K.

If a nigger is too "mentally incompetent" to stand trial, then it should be held in a secure mental health facility until it is competent. What should NOT happen is setting the nigger free.
