Which locations are chimp free to live?

I'm looking to move to anywhere within the states that's completely chimp free if possible. Somewhere that's safe for myself and child and also affordable. I'm looking to rent an apartment since I'm not quite there financially yet for my own home and don't want to wait around saving up while living in my current crime filled ape infested neighborhood. Even just walking outside I've witnessed fights, drug dealing, someone stealing someone's car and it's ridiculous hearing them every night shooting screaming etc. My lease is up in a year from now and I'm not renewing it.

Any advice would be great

I worked there for a year. I can honestly say it's a really nice state....if you can handle the cold. Have no misconceptions of how deep the cold runs. It may stay below -20 for weeks on end in the dark winter.

There is plenty of work there and it's mainly nigger free. You will see some niggers around the meat processing plants so be watchful of those. They generally only move there as a temporary status though. Sioux Falls is a beautiful town and has twice of everything you need. Very safe and very clean. The state is stunning but it's very desolate and isolated. If you like the outdoors and escaping, then there's probably nowhere better.

I remember my out of state registration expired when I was there. I went to the DMV and they gave me a 12 month registration and SD plates. I kept my out of state title. Only cost me $24 or something dumb like that. What other state would do that ? No inspection needed either.

But away from the larger towns and small cities, there are zero niggers. Go up to the central Adirondacks, and it feels like you've gone back in time,
