The new Baltimore City police commissioner is a white male (the departing commissioner is a nig buck). I don't really think it will make a difference, the only commissioner to actually reduce crime in the past 20 years was Ed Norris, and he ended up in Federal prison on trumped up charges (he is now a local sports talk radio host, lol).
