I doubt the hidden Nigg-ures :D did even exist, because Nasa history seems to be heavily rewritten to be politically correct: When living in Houson, my landlord was a retired Nasa engineer (sadly he passed away a few years ago, therefore I can't ask him anymore). He knew great stories, and he was really pissed because of two things: Journalists claiming the moon landing was fake, and that Nasa deleted the german engineers from its history books.

Doing math is the easy part. Before any number crunching is done, there needs to be reliable data; logical assumptions; and primarily, a clear definition of what is it we want to know? Those require thought far beyond niggers. So I seriously doubt that Hidden Figures negresses.

The point of the movie was that yes, niggers were part of the space program. Sure, but not in any significant capacity. That they were treated as colleagues and not inferiors. Now this is my subject! Early space age, up to and including the moon landings.
I have had numerous conversations with people, trying to shake the idea that niggers were a significant part of getting to the moon. The modern NASA has, of course, been only too happy to further this notion in the public's minds.
The plain fact is that very very very few of the 400,000 people involved in the Apollo programme were niggers. The space programme, generally, was way over their heads!

For decades now, I have looked forward to humans returning to the moon, but now I genuinely do not want to see a return; it's going to be so different to when Apollo landed there.
Take a look at the scene in Mission Control when "Eagle" touched down on the lunar surface. One guy raised his arm, and astronaut chief Deke Slayton quickly signalled to him to keep it cool. They stayed at their posts, and did their jobs.
Today? I dare say we'll see controllers jumping up, and - with the cameramen in their faces - bending over and weeping copiously, unable to control their emotions.
