I just wanted to edit my own post to add exactly your thought: Niggers will flood California. The best thing: They can even give them the fantastillions of dollars, the remaining US states just need to build a wall & introduce a new currency, and then the nigger problem is solved.

This is where my mind went. It would be like a nuclear fall out there if every nigger flocked to that place. I would die of laughter watching the chaos that ensued. Whenever these liberal idiots talk about reparations for niggers, nobody ever mentions the trillions of dollars that have been poured into that bottomless pit called Africa!
The West has partially impoverished itself over the last few decades by throwing white peoples' hard-earned money at a problem that is insoluble; the nigger is a wild creature that needs to be kept under control.
There is no African nation that has increased its wealth since becoming independent. Nigger nations should be re-colonised; it kept the world in a correct state of equilibrium.

California was never a Confederate state. Never had slavery. Indigenous Californians, if you look at history, were poor, scraggly, malnourished tribes living hard off the land. They were forced into servitude by the Spanish. They were usually peaceful, except against other tribes, and they weren't into violence. If California wanted to give some reparations, it would be these people. But now that's partially solved by lucrative Indian casinos. Those who can't prove their indigenous Californian, tough.

The Chinese were maligned in the 1800s, yet they're grateful for the opportunity here and obviously, they've managed to produce their share of professionals, workers, support, whatever else beneficial to society.

Reparations of any kind is hard to implement, unless it's a smaller group, like the internment camp Japanese -Americans. That was done federally. California trying to give niggers reparations, sounds good in theory to the niggers, but I assure you no one in their right mind in CA is keen to pay. Why? We never owned niggers. There weren't a lot of nigger here. It's supposed to address poverty of blacks in California, but who's to say who resided in CA during the Civil war era. So that should exclude niggers who can't prove their CA heritage,. They can't even say who their fathers are, FFS, how could they prove who their ancestors were?

Look at the panel who wrote this garbage. All simians. Of course they'll come up with outlandish numbers. A step to implement this program will be based on the will of the people. If it ever gets that far, it will be put to a vote. How many will willingly approve, say, tax me an extra $100 a month for reparations? Rich liberal assholes may say yes, but everything is so damn expensive here, I doubt anyone would willingly say yes.

In any true assessment of wealth, it's assets minus liabilities. Here is where the niggers will lose. They say they have no assets, ok. But the citizenry of CA now has to assess their liabilities. Drugs. Rape. Murder. Calculate the financial impact of those disruptions, as in court costs, incarceration, rehab, stolen goods, burned buildings, decline in real estate value... hey niggers you asked for it. You can't just ask for what you're owed, if we can't look at what your people costs CA.

I have a better solution. On Juneteenth, every year, each simian, regardless of slave ancestry or not, be it a new Jamaican immigrant, or a descendant of a nigger from Mississippi, will get a free banana, no questions asked. That's more than fair. Every 10 years, they get a KFC wing plus a banana. If put to a referendum, we Californians will say yes to that.
