William David Moore, a 76-year-old obstetrician/gynecologist who practiced medicine in Marion, Indiana since 1994, has been sued for medical malpractice by 83 female patients ranging in age from 15 to 73 years old. The lawsuit alleges that Moore sexually assaulted them during routine exams, photographed their genitalia without their consent, and made inappropriate sexual comments, according to a report by local Fox affiliate WXIN.


The lawsuit claimed Dr. Moore’s Women’s Healthcare, Ambulatory Care and Marion General Hospital had “actual and constructive knowledge and was on notice of the allegations of medical negligence and abuse of female patients” and “took no effective steps to detect, prevent or report the negligence, misconduct or abuse.”

Each healthcare provider is also accused of breaching its duty to screen and supervise employees and that those breaches, among others, constitute a distinct and separate act of medical malpractice.

The suit said the women suffered emotional distress, mental trauma and humiliation from their exams with Dr. Moore.

Thanks for the hint, I had never heard of this buck before. The description of the clinic is gorgeous. They describe basically the typical nigger nest. Hopefully there are a few more magic doctors like this around.
