That's actually a mystery to me: Why did they pull out of Portland, but still operate a few stores in CimpCongo? (They reportedly closed just four of their eight CimpCongo stores. https://www.washingtonpost.com/business/2023/04/12/walmart-store-closings/)

Hmm, not sure, but don't you already have something like that? It's called school meal & prison lunch. I remember reading that school lunches aren't just for students, but that in nigger neighborhoods the whole "community" usually gets fed (not officially, of course).

Wonderful idea and a very elegant solution! Sadly, as far as I know, that's not permanent. (If there is a permanent chemical solution, I'd love to donate a few tons of fried chicken to "da hood" :D)
