They aren't functional enough to live in something as complex as a human city. They only bring it to decay.
Their huts and jungle dwellings are the only things that look half presentable. That's all their IQ can manage.

Hell even a hermit crab can grab some shells and a few rocks to live under, and it looks better than what niggers do to a human society.
