They identified the slain man as Robert Rheams, 51. He was out on parole after spending about 20 years in prison for armed robbery, they said.
How fortunate that you don't have to pay for keeping his 50-IQ, sub-simian black ass in prison for another 20 years. No word if the shooter is sow or human, but it doesn't matter.
