You are right of course, niggers won't delete themselves deliberately, just out of stupidity. Because they don't have any form of self reflection.
If a human would suddenly wake up being a shitskin at the outside, but still a human at the inside, it would be his duty to make sure to take advantage of his freshly gained nigger privilege, and to get rid of niggers! That is a great answer. As a human with niggerflage, one could contribute so much good to the society. Certainly, the easiest thing to do would be just to get the nigger-benefits of getting free welfare and free out of the jail cards, but a human with good heart could use that shitkin as a tool to do good deeds like you said!

If I were to wake up one day with a severe case of revitiligo, one of the first things I would do is divorce my human wife (because it would be impossible, as a nigger, for me to respect or love a niggerlover). I will spread diversity wherever I go. I will support African American domestic terrorist organizations, like BLM, BET, and the DNC. If I get caught I'll just fly to Chicago where they have a no bail bond thing unless the prosecution can come up with evidence in 48 hours a less. I'll keep stealing from people, and eventually, maybe I'll be elected the next Mayor. Mayor BeetlejuiceLightfoot has set the bar so low, ANY psychopath could do just as "good" a job as her.
