A Cincinnati police officer was caught by a body camera in April using a racial slur while stuck in traffic outside Western Hills University High School.

According to an internal investigation, Officer Rose Valentino said, "F***ing n*****s, I f***ing hate them!" The statement came after a male student walking by her cruiser gave her the middle finger, the report said.
Valentino's police powers have been suspended pending a disciplinary hearing, City Manager John Curp said. Interim Police Chief Teresa Theetge signed off on the internal review on Monday.

Yep. I get it. REALLY get it. My heart goes out to this awesome officer. This job DOES get to you. I have been a cop 15 years come this October and I have had enough. I even DREAD the upcoming workday now. I have back and neck issues from looonnngggg patrol hours, pain from a repeated shoulder injury fighting/apprehending suspects, my drinking has picked up, my moods are darker, I have cut more people down from ropes and picked up more brains off the carpet and floors and wall from the suicides than God knows who, I'm usually angry, THIS is not the me I know. I'm done with it.
I have 10,000 left to go to pay off Mrs. Tar Remover's car and I'm done. I have been studying to get my CDL back and I want to be a truck driver again. Don't get me wrong, I had a great time for the first 10 or so years, but that has worn off. I'm past ready to move on.
