I don't know if the bus driver is human or a nigger, but refusing to stop meant living. A nigger, just after midnight, trying to get a bus to stop in the middle of the road? That was not going to end well.
Police have arrested a man accused of shooting at a Charlotte Area Transit System bus several times early Wednesday morning in south Charlotte.
The incident happened at around 12:11 a.m. on Nations Ford Road, near Huntsmoor Drive, according to police.
A source told Channel 9 that a person tried to flag down the bus in the middle of the street. Since it was on the road, the driver didn’t feel comfortable stopping and decided to keep going.
When the driver refused to let the person on the bus, the suspect, later identified as Jason Wright, 37, fired a gun between four and six times at the CATS bus, narrowly missing the driver, the source said.
No passengers were on the bus at the time and the 41-year-old driver was not hurt, according to investigators.
Later Wednesday evening, officers found Wright near Nations Ford Road and took him into custody. He has been charged with carrying a concealed gun, discharging a weapon at an occupied dwelling/moving vehicle, possession of marijuana and possession of a firearm by a felon.
