Interesting fucking story... A Chinaman was hired by the Dept. of Energy, National Nuclear Security Division in the late 1990's. These are the guys responsible for the development and storage of our weapons here, and to avoid proliferation overseas. Anyway, to make a long story short, this Chinese fuck downloaded the plans to miniaturize hydrogen weapons and sent the plans right to his gook handlers in China... 6 months later, China unexpectedly started testing 'high yield weapons' and announced shortly thereafter they had a missile-deliverable Hydrogen weapon. The guy's name was 'Lee' and you can google him. He was convicted on a lesser charge, spent 18 months in a half way house and is now living in China - with his USA retirement, no doubt very wealthy.

What the Russians do, and Chinese too, I'm sure is to track down the spy and kill them... regardless of international outcry...Regardless of collateral damage. Most recently, the KGB (or whatever it is now) tracked down a spy who released their secrets and put Sarin or some nasty chemical warfare agent on the guy's door knob.
