I'm sure the actual damages were far more than that amount. The sheboon mayor at the time prevented the police from properly dealing with the rioting apes. The current mayor is a buck, and the sow that prosecuted (unsuccessfully) the cops that arrested saint Freddie is currently charged with mortgage fraud, lol. Another former sow mayor, Catherine Pugh, was just released from federal NU for fraud relating to its self published "Health Holly" book. You can't make this stuff up.
