The nigger probably wasn't considered a problem employee, because like all niggers, they don't work. Considering how big that building is and how many floors the building has, it's easy for the nigger to show up for work, then hide out in any of the floors there and pretend it's working, while it's shucking & jiving around trying to muh dick random women.
