I never had road rage issues, but of course I didn't like being cut, or following someone too slow. I get more mad with those who cut and take away my safe following distance. But I've flipped people off, raced, cursed, etc. That's just a male thing, not road rage.

I really got mellow when I turned 43. That's because I noticed my vision is not as good. And now I just drive the speed limit most of the time. No rush, no stress.

I don't know if I'd say "self inflicted," but somewhat avoidable. It's not that there are too many angry drivers, or too many guns. It's that there are too many niggers out there, and sometimes it's hard to know you're dealing with one. So you pull over, thinking the punk's going to get it for scraping up your car, and it's just another killer nigger.
