Think of it as an insurance policy for the court. Just like insurance, your rates go up according to the risk. This nigger is a flight risk because of the severity of the charges/crime. Bail gives a person both a reason to face the court and time to prepare a defense. In theory, make it high enough and the accused will not skip at the risk of losing enough money/property. This usually works for humans. Niggers will no-show for a jaywalking ticket so they should never be allowed the Constitutional privilege of bail.

No where does is say that bail is a right. It is therefore a privilege.
