which has always been Africa. An off duty NYPD officer got shot at a traffic light there the next day, in broad

You're throwing me for a loop here... I was unaware the FBI classified any crimes as 'Unknown Race'... On looking for it, I was unable to find such a reference... See: https://ucr.fbi.gov/crime-in-the-u.s/2018/crime-in-the-u.s.-2018/tables/table-43
