A Houston mother and her boyfriend have been formally indicted in the deadly beating of her eight-year-old son.
Brian Coulter, 32, was indicted for capital murder. Gloria Williams, 35, was indicted for injury to a child, serious bodily injury and tampering with a corpse, according to KTRK.
