It's really about poor impulse control.
The past two years many barriers to bad behavior were removed, this was supposed to help the negro be less violent.

I skimmed through the article and my take-away is that the more dense the nigger population is, the more niggers there are in authority positions and the higher the violence and crime rates become. I'm sure everyone can see it but they just can't admit that the common denominator to all of it is niggers.
