According to this coon liberal lawyer that I saw an interview with the other day, he says that even if the prosecution cannot prove racism against a white person's on trial , they can derive "implicit bias" from it. Meaning that they will try to push the fact that a white person mentally had it in their mind to begin with that they didn't like black people before they acted.
