Milwaukee is known as one of the most segregated cities in the U. S. The negro population owns North Milwaukee and weighs in at 40% of the population here. We've had a huge increase in murders, or in pc talk. Homicides. It is ALL coming from Coon Town in the North of the city. Gunfire up there is a nightly occurance. It is so bad even the LA times is commenting.
