I noticed this part and did chuckle.

In any civilised country when some similar catastrophe happens, the emergency services are there within minutes. Doing their job professionally.

The nigger emergency services usually need to finish off the blunt, finish beating the niglets, climb off their hoe, stop for a lengthy and very loud chat with other niggers, fill the amberlamps / fire engine up with stolen gas, take a lengthy dump break, stop to get the number of some sheboon on the way to the emergency and then finally, after two hours of time wasting they turn up, suck their teef, turn round and decide there's more important stuff to do than rescue trapped niggers.
