According to witnesses, Bannerman allegedly threatened to shoot everyone in the bar and at one point, reportedly lifted his shirt and flashed a handgun in his waistband.

Bannerman was charged with Improper Handling Firearm in Motor Vehicle, Illegal Possession of Firearm in Beer Liquor Permit Premises, Using Weapon While Intoxicated, Aggravated Menacing, OVI-Alcohol (Operating a vehicle while intoxicated), and OVI-BAC... Bannerman was transported to the Summit County Jail following his wrangling.

Here's a nigger cop who tased a suspect after he had voluntarily got into a police cruiser after being handcuffed. Why did the nigger cop tase him anyway? Because he called the nigger cop a nigger!


An officer with the Monroe Police Department has been arrested.

The arrest stems from an incident that allegedly happened in September during an arrest in the 600 block of Standifer Avenue in Monroe.

According to an affidavit for the arrest warrant, Officer Timothy Miller asked a suspect numerous times to get into his patrol unit. It says the suspect failed to comply and was trying to hand his phone to a family member. It says Miller then drew his Taser. The suspect then got into the patrol unit. Once seated, the document says the suspect started using racial slurs toward Miller. It says Miller then Tased the suspect.

The nigger cop has thankfully been arrested. But should have never been a cop in the first place.
