Teacher gets in trouble for say that to some mudslime, but in response to what?

The only quote we get is "We don’t negotiate with terrorists".

Without going into details, believe me, even the whitest of students can be the biggest liars about what a teacher said, when they're trying to get out of a failing grade.

Yep, this was an entrapment scam all the way, just like Clock Boy who deliberately built something that looked like a bomb to provoke a reaction so it could cry "muh islamophobia" and go for the camel-tent lottery.
